职位描述：
?Location: Bantian town, Longgang district 龙岗坂田

Requirement:
1.Demonstrated ability to drive changes and achieve results
2.Strong analytical and quantitative skills
3.Written and spoken English is essential, At least 2 years working experience in an English speaking foreign company.
4.TPS knowledge and application experience
5.Lean 6 sigma skills and experience, minimum Green belt.
6.5 years experience in a Process/Industrial Engineering.
7.Solid knowledge/skills in process control in terms of screen printing, pick and place programming, reflow profiling, soldering process control.
8.Strong analytical, problem solving skills, such as: Cause and Effect, FMEA, DOE, Gage R&R, SPC,Kaizen, etc.
9.TS 16949 preferred.

Responsibilities:
1.Development and implement of process control plans, problem solving in systematic approach, processes Improvement according to TS16949.
2.Implement lean Six Sigma programs to systematically reduce Cost of Quality and improve process capability.
3.Interfaces with project managers and design engineers to suggest product design changes to customer.
4.Implement assigned Improvement Projects with an emphasis on manufacturing methods.
5.Management of engineering processes and products from design into mass production for assigned projects.
6.Conduct regular value stream reviews with team members to drive significant and measurable improvement.
7.Carrie out improvement of manufacturing process capabilities and efficiencies.
8.Carrie out Design for Manufacturing in SMT, wave soldering, conformal coating, assembly processes.
9.Manage and monitor product quality from supplier to customer including handling supplier complaints, quarantine issues and customer complaints, work with sourcing to select and evaluate suppliers.
10.Carrie out Automotive products APQP and PPAP processes and documentations.
11.Define quality inspection standards of products & processes.
12.Define SMT, Wave soldering, conformal coating, assembly process flow, control plan and working instructions.
13.Define process FMEA for the SMT, wave soldering, conformal coating, assembly areas and implementation plan.
14.Define fixtures/tools such as SMT stencils, assembly jigs etc., according on IPC standards and product requirements.
15.Define and optimize temperature profiles for Reflow oven and selective soldering machine.
16.Prepare and optimize SMT line equipment programs to eliminate failures and maximize output.
17.Function or other process failures trouble shooting and preventive actions implementation.
18.Define tooling/fixtures for SMT, wave soldering and conformal coating processes.
19.Ensure all of devices, tools and fixtures are properly maintained according the maintenance plan. 举报 分享
