Overall Position Description 职位概述

· Responsible for NPI project or continuous improvement project management, assist IE for prototype sample building, responsible for documentation update and production data statistics analysis.
本职位负责对新产品导入和内部改善项目的项目管理,辅助IE制作样品,负责文件更新以及生产数据的统计分析.

Key Responsibilities and Duties 工作职责

· Coordinate the project team of NPI to follow up the time schedule, implement the project check list to close the project with all documentation available.
· 协调项目组成员按照时间进度表, 按时执行项目检查清单的项目任务,准备所有相关项目文件直至项目结束.
· Assist IE to build up prototype or test series samples.
· 协助IE制作样品或测试样件.
· Lead the regular ECO meeting to implement the engineering change, ensure the change are implemented on time and effective.
· 组织定期的工程变更会议对工程变更进行实施和管理, 确保及时有效实施变更.
· Responsible to follow up the internal continuous improvement project.
· 负责跟进执行持续改善项目.
· Responsible for the manufacturing instruction and testing instruction update according to IE requirement.
· 根据IE的指示对生产操作指引和测试指引的更新.
· Responsible for daily production data statistics analysis.
· 负责生产日常数据统计分析.
· Documentation management for IE/AF department.
· 负责IE/AF部门的文件档案的管理.

Requirement 技能要求

· Self motivated, responsible, good communication skills, and be able to proactively resolve issues across departments
· 积极主动,认真负责任,良好的沟通能力,能够积极主动地解决跨部门问题
· Fluent in Mandarin and excellent English reading, writing, & speaking.
· 流利的普通话，优良英语阅读、写作、口语
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook)
· 熟练使用MS软件
· Willing to learn and do

Education and Experience教育和工作经历

· B.A degree
· 大学本科学历
· 1-3 years industrial engineering experience in multi-national manufacturing factory.
· 1-3 年在外资制造业工厂经验
· Suitable Graduate is also considered.
· 合适应届本科毕业生也可考虑
