· Degree in Foreign Trade or equivalent qualifications
· At least 5 years order and production follow-up experience preferably in the furniture industry
· Solid experience in quotation, shipping documents and quality issues
· Knowledge in CAD software is an asset
· Proactive, independent and good at customer services
· Fluency in both spoken and written English, Level 6 in CET is plus
· Ability to work under tight schedule and travel as necessary
