1.arrange and conduct new and regular audits of products,process for key and risky supplier and process
2.support the new product introduction and tollgate process,e.g.developing quality control plans,performing process validation,etc
3.actively participate in the supplier management process with product engineers and strategic,procurement team, continually evaluating performance metrics identifying opportunities for continual improvement in quality,cost.etc
4.other task assigned
requirement:
1. know ISO9001,TS16949,Lean,IE tools
2. deeply understand of mechanical assembly manufacturing process,took,equipment and quality systems
3. experience to perform supplier process audit,lean manufacturing tools,process cost elements to support cost modeling
4.able to communicate at different levels in a cross function organization, factory environment.
