职位描述
Purpose of Position
To plan organize, control and lead internal and external manufacturing and subcontractors to achieve planned production requirements.
Reporting Relationships
? Production Team
? Finishing Team
? Maintenance Team
? R&D

Main Accountabilities
? Manage the production team to achieve the Master Production Schedule to ensure all customer requirements are met
? Develop and implement business and manufacturing strategies to ensure achievement of KPI’s
? Ensure the safety of all employees through the awareness of and adherence to the safety Management System.
? Lead, inspire, coach and support the company values within your team
? Manage, coach and support your team through regular feedback, sharing of information and developmental opportunities
? Ensure that quality standards are maintained as per the Quality Management System
? Lead the team to implement and maintain Lean manufacturing principles
? Provide manufacturing costing and reporting as required
? Liaise with the R&D department to ensure new product development is included in the Production schedule
Experience, Qualifications & Skills
? Significant experience in a similar role
? Fabrication or automotive industry experience preferred
? Comprehensive understanding of lean manufacturing processes
? Demonstrated ability to plan and manage time
? Demonstrated ability to communicate well in English both in verbally and in written form
? Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office and MRP software

? A high degree of motivation and initiative
? Integrity and discretion when dealing with confidential information
