职位描述/Position Description：
●在项目阶段参与缸体、缸盖、曲轴线研究和建设工作，负责生产线建设阶段的工艺、控制计划工作
Participate to cylinder block，cylinder head and crankshaft machining line building& studying , in charge of process and control plan in project period
●核对3C件质量可控性（确保其可测性）
Check the feasibility of the 3C parts control (be sure it is possible to do the measure).
●用统计学工具制定控制策略（CAM,CPK）
Define the control policy, using information from: statistics studies (CAM, CPK).
●研究机加生产线的设计规划,制作控制计划，负责工艺资料文件编制，以及量产准备工作。
Study the machining line design and define control plan, Take charge of the process document preparation, and the launch preparation.
Quality result, scrap parts, non-conform parts claim from vehicle plant. 报废品、整车工厂退货产品质量分析
●撰写控制文档：控制计划，作业控制标准
Write the control documents: Control plan, control work standards …

主要职责/Major Responsibilities:

●在项目启动前参与询价和供应商报价以便评估项目预算
Participate to the quotation in order to evaluate the budget before starting the project.
●参与项目风险分析和工艺过程可靠性鉴定Participate at the project risk analysis and process qualification
●跟踪供应商进度及其工作完成状态
Follow supplier and validate their study and realisation work.
●预验收设备
Do the pre-acceptance validation on supplier’s plant.
●跟踪设备到场安装状态
Follow the equipment installation on our site
●调试控制设备和设备产能验证（与供应商现场配合完成）
Tune the control equipment and realise the validation of capability for this equipment, on
●分析研究项目文件，在质量控制方面提出可行性建议
Analyses , studies the project documents, to help and advice about feasibility of quality control.
●制定线上的、线外的、检测设备的控制参数，然后和RFQ关联在一起
Define the control material and associated RFQ, for: On line control, outline control, metrology equipment …
●分析供应商方案，评标
Analysis the supplier’s proposal and give order.
●提供计算工具，验证供应商制造设备控制方法的可行性
Give the calculation tool, and validate the supplier’s control method for manufacturing equipment.
●确保制造团队培训和技能
Be sure about the manufacturing team training and skills
●与制造交接控制计划和跟踪文档
Transfer all the control file and control documents: control plan, monitoring file.


任职条件Qualifications:

●本科学历；
Bachelor‘s degree is required
●3年以上机加工工程师工作经验
3 years or above machining process engineer experience
●熟悉汽车发动机和制造过程，在质量控制方面有丰富的专业知识和实践经验；
Familiarize the vehicle powertrain product and manufacturing process, have enough special knowledge and practice Experience about the quality control;
●了解相关的汽车产品的法律法规及标准；
Understand the related vehicle laws, regulations and standards.
●良好的组织、协调及沟通能力；
Well organization, coordination and communication ability;
●良好的敬业精神，具有团队协作及解决问题的能力；
Dedication, teamwork and solving problem ability;
●熟练使用OFFICE软件；
Be good at using Office Software.
●良好的英文读写及口语能力。
Be good at speaking, writing and reading in English.
