Work instruction of IQC and SQE
1. New vendor qualify, include the work environment and capacity.
新供应商稽核
2. New Material qualify, and send out the qualify report to internal engineering department, also need your suggestion.
部件样品的性能测试
3. Communication with OEM to handle the material IQC rejected issue. Attend the MRB meeting, etc. The rule we must follow that we must ensure the normal production; don’t make material shortage due to rework or sorting.
同OEM处理IQC 的问题，参加MRB 会议，保证物料能顺产确保产线能正常生产
4. Push and monitor the vendor to improve the material quality. We must have an issue tracker list to follow up the status; we can not accept the same problem happen again and again. Push vendor provide 8D report, etc.
记录历史问题，追踪，推动供应商改善，不能接受同样的问题继续发生。
5. Work with OEM engineer to analyze the daily material quality issue. Capability for Problem finding and solving is necessary, do not just follow the OEM’s analysis.
同OEM 工程师分析每天物料的品质异常，有自己的独断的见解
6. Good knowledge on material manufacture process and can provide our improvement suggestion, so it is necessary to visit the vendor from time and time.
对物料的制造工艺有一定的见解，能不定时的稽核供应商
7. Very clear on the material accept standard. Golden sample and limited sample management, and the standard document by model are necessary for long time.
对物料的标准非常清楚，能够制定相应的标准
8. Follow up the material delivery schedule on free time.
