Primary Responsibilities:

- Prepare monthly Journal entries, accruals, and adjusting entries.

- Responsible for performing general ledger account reconciliations including researching and resolving reconciling items.

- Responsible for intercompany reconciliation.

- Prepare bank reconciliation.

- Assist in month end close.

- Review and post all accounts payable related voucher and cash disbursement to general ledger.

- Provide support for annual audit and annual inspection from various Government bureaus.

- Provide support for internal and external audit process.

- Special Projects as needed.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in accounting/finance, Knowledge of US GAAP.

- Above 3-5 years of experience in accounting/finance.

- Good verbal/written communication skills.

- Ability to professionally interact with employees and management.

- Must be a team player and capable of working in a fast paced environment.

- Experience with ERP system, SAP and/or Hyperion is preferred.
