职位： QC 主管

职位职责

1. 管理结构样品及产前样品的审批过程；

2. 拟定我司各项经营产品的检验方案；

3. 梳理质检过程及保管质检文件；

4. 监督供应商包装采购，以确保印刷一致及印刷质量；

5. 管理质检团队，招聘、培训、管理 和激发有资质的质检储备人才。

6. 利用对制造工艺的认知，协助采购部开发新产品并协助其部门评定合格的供应商；

7. 调查生产缺陷，分析不合格产品原因，作出准确有效地处理，并提供改善品质意见；

8. 谋划和经营供应商培训项目，以确保他们对我们所有产品品质政策地透彻理解；

9. 实施和维护与供应商的合作研究计划，以缩短交货期；管理供应商绩效指标；帮助执行供应商的法规遵从性计划。

职位要求

1. 本科学历，制造业、工程及管理专业或相近专业，具备纺织品质检管理经验者优先考虑；

2. 要求7年工作经验（其中至少三年以上管理经验）， 有过大型采购商或贸易公司管理经验者优先考虑；

3. 有良好的中英文表达能力，协调能力及独立分析、解决问题能力；

4. 能经常性商务旅行全国各地，及少数亚洲国家；

Job Description - QC Supervisor
Reports to QC Manager
Position Responsibilities


1. Manage the process for construction samples and pre-production sample approvals
2. Develop and maintain inspection protocols for all types of product we purchase
3. Maintain document control for all quality documents and procedures
4. Monitor supplier packaging purchases to ensure consistent printing and quality level
5. Supervise a team of inspectors
6. Support sourcing team with supplier qualification
7. Investigate production defects and product failures analysis with immediate corrective actions and provide recommendations for continuous quality improvement
8. Utilize manufacturing process knowledge to be a partner with sourcing team to assist the product development process
9. Design and run a training program for our supplier base to ensure they understand and follow all quality policies and procedures for our brands and our customers brands
10. Implement and maintain collaboration programs with our vendors to determine methods to reduce production lead times, manage vendor performance metrics, and help to implement a vendor compliance program.
11. Hire, train, manage and motivate the quality and supply chain staff
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree required in manufacturing, engineering, operations management or appropriate discipline.
Previous quality management experience with a large sourcing or trading company operation preferred. A minimum of 7 years of experience required with at least 3 years at a supervisor level.
Experience in textile quality management preferred.
Strong ability to manage crises and problems and establish effective corrective and preventative measures.
Travel up to 20% of the time within Asia, primarily within China
Must be fluent in English and Chinese languages
