JOB DESCRIPTION:
Finance Director is responsible for all aspects of Finance. The Finance Director will also hold responsibilities in employee payroll and HR related duties. The Director is responsible for the following:
? Conduct monthly bookkeeping and closing
? Conduct monthly statutory accounting reporting and group reporting package
? Tax computation for CIT / IIT/ Business Tax / EMF / Property Tax / Local Levies / SD in a timely basis. Conduct tax compliance requirements
? Conduct official invoice applying from Tax Bureau
? Prepare daily collection report, weekly bank and cash tracker reports
? Conduct and verify the payment application and make payments
? Conduct Petty Cash management
? Coordinate with agencies for staffing and other services provided to the RO
? Coordinate with company lawyer for the necessary agreements / contracts
? Manage the RO important certificates and Financial Chops
? Annual tax assessment and Annual inspection of RO and WFOE
? Conduct the backlog filing for (Jan. to Mar. 2015)
? Tax clearance for RO Tax De-registration
? WFOE’s accounting system initial set up
? Conduct WFOE’s monthly tax filing and quarterly tax filing
? Conduct monthly bookkeeping and closing for WFOE
? Conduct monthly statutory accounting reporting and group reporting package for WFOE
? Coordinates sending vendor wire transactions received from corporate office
? Annual auditing of FY2015 for RO
? Tax reviewing of 2015 for RO
? Tax Liquidation Audited report for RO
? Annual auditing onwards for WFOE in 2016
? Employee Payroll
? Human Resources duties assigned by General Manager
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, familiar with US working style. Able to read, write, speak and easily communicate with others who are not fluent in both languages.
- 10 years minimum Finance experience preferably with US company.
- Payroll and Human Resources Experience
- Strong, proven, leadership skills.
- Customer Focused- Internal and External
- Good personality and ability to communicate and encourage employees
- Must be honest and ethical in all aspects of business.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
