Responsibilities: (What to do)/应负责任:(工作内容)
1 Work on new optical communication subsystem electrical development in Shenzhen NeoPhotonics
2 Focus on electrical schematic drawing, electrical components selection, creating BOM, defining PCB layout placement, PCB layout and Gerber checking.
3 Take charge of PCBA debugging, function verification, design review, also provide related design output documents and technical support for passive products being built in production line.
4 Work with the San Jose R&D team for the cooperative project or product development.
5 Support product transfer from San Jose team and PCBA local sourcing.

Qualification:(What you bring)/任职资格:(候选人能力素质)
Professional Capabilities/专业能力:
1. Solid experience with analog and digital circuits design.
2. Proficient in microprocessor embedded systems and DSP design.
3. Skilled in PADS or OrCad tools for PCBA design
4. Familiar with CPLD or FPGA design and VHDL or Verilog programing.
5. Experience and working knowledge EMI shielding requirements and design practice.
6. Ability to work independently and on a team, innovative, excellent skills.
Experience requirements/工作经验:
3+ years of experience in electrical Engineering or Optical Communication R&D roles.

Education Background/教育背景:
Bachelor's degrees (Master's preferred) in Electrical Engineering or Optical Communication Engineering

Required General Skills (e.g. Language, Computer…)/通用技能 (例如语言、计算机能力等)
Better knowledge in speaking, writing, reading English
Effective oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and experience working in cross-functional teams
Proficient in Microsoft office
