职位描述：

SUMMARY OF POSITION – As an interface between China CM and U.S supply management team; execute MRP and release Purchase order to Contract manufacture based on sales demand; monitor and tracking all the delivery and shipment to make sure it’s done by CM as we requested. Manage the inventory and supplier on time delivery performance.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES -

· Ensure all Purchase Orders are executed in a timely manner with appropriate acknowledgement responses from suppliers. Negotiate with suppliers to ensure all shipment schedule will deliver on- time to meet the material requirements plan.

· Manage exceptions and execute shipment pull-in and push-out for demand surge and demand decline situation.

· Monitor inventory levels and adjust MRP and min-max planning factors to meet service levels and minimize excess inventory.

· Communicate any supply interruptions, real or potential, to the responsible SBU Supply Chain Specialist.

· Monitor the demand fluctuation closely and challenge any abnormal changes to understand the root cause.

· Assist in receiving, inventory, invoice reconciliation.

· Understanding of international import/export regulations, country of origin, tariff codes, etc.

· Coordinate direct shipments of product from contract manufacturers and Third party logistics locations consistent with customers needs.

· Assist with Supplier Scorecard creation; manage the supplier on time delivery performance, and presentation.

· Actively participate CM SOP process and held monthly collaboration meeting with key CMs.

· Perform other duties as defined by Supervisor/Manager of Replenishment Buyer Planning.

SPECIFICATIONS -

· Minimum bachelor degree in Business Administration or a related discipline

· Financial analysis experience a plus

· Experience working with subcontractors in Asia

· Should have working knowledge of the following systems:

o Oracle ERP

o Microsoft Office Suite

o MRP - Material Requirements Planning

· Ability to work in a team environment and effectively communicate at all levels across the organization

· Demonstrated organizational and project management skills

· Demonstrated ability to multi-task

· Self directed

· Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills
