职位描述：

Position: Trainer Lead Paint Training 喷漆专家培训师

Division: Training Academy

Location: Shanghai

Major Responsibilities:

• Being responsible for advanced paint training and whole training process in order to ensuring the training successfully conducted.


• Developing and Adapting Face to Face paint training concept and content, based on BMW requirement and needs from the market.


• E-learning concept and course development for meeting the needs from the market.


• Analysis participants’ training record and feedback report for long term development. Developing the training material and training brochures in Chinese language as required.


• BMW Paint BEST (apprenticeship) program management and quality control.


• External paint trainer management for ensuring the trainer performance and training quality up to BMW standard.


• Paint Training Parts and Consumable planning and controlling.


• Paint training certification implementation and quality control.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in automotive engineering or chemistry


• 4-6 years’ Paint training delivery experiences


• 4-6 years’ Aftersales repairing experience, management experience is preferred


• In-depth understanding of aftersales business, especially in workshop area


• Excellent project management skills


• Proficiency in written and spoken English ( contact with AG is critical)


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Teamwork spirit and able to work independently and under pressure


• Open minded and willing to improve
