Key responsibilities:
1. Manage all aspects of NeoPhotonics Transceiver Product Line
2. Holds global product line responsibility to:

Define and drive the product and market strategy for NeoPhotonics' Transceiver
product line.

Research and articulate market directions, technology trends, standards,
customer requirements and competitive threats.

Author Marketing Requirements Documents (MRD) for new products.

Drive key marketing functions including pricing, forecasting, sales support,
feature prioritization, and collateral creation.

Provide trade show support.

Support profit & loss (P&L) management of NeoPhotonics' Transceiver product
line.
3. Work closely with the Product Engineering (PE), R&D and Operations Teams to
ensure full product life cycle management at all phases including

Working with PE on translation of customer requirements into full technical
specifications, documentation, datasheets, etc.

Working with R&D on the initiation and prioritization of development programs
and resolution of resource conflicts to meet business objectives and support
customer schedules.

Working with Operations on prioritization of production priorities and resolution of
supply and capacity issues.

Driving cost reduction across all functions.
Qualifications:
1. MS degree or above in Applied Physics, Optoelectronics, Fiber Optics,
Electronics, Engineering or Telecommunication (or equivalent)
2. 5+ years experience in optical component & subsystem industry in product
marketing/management or technical support roles.
3. Effective oral and written communication skills.
4. Good knowledge in speaking, writing & reading English.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and experience working in cross-functional teams.
6. Capable to work under pressure
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office
