Responsibilities:

1. Ensure first level and second level support including (without limitation) user's working station, email, telephone, printing, and securities.

2. Register and follow up the requests/incidents into a corporate tool.

3. participate in resolving incidents that impact the IT Infrastructure (servers, networks, systems) of sites in collaboration with other IT Infrastructure teams.

4. Ensure the maintenance and evolution of the sites in collaboration with other IT Infrastructure teams.

5. Follow the group defined procedures and communicate to end users

6. Maintain the inventory of the sites update to date

7. Participate in the infrastructure projects.




Requirement:

1.Bachelor Degree or equivalent in IT. Software Development curriculum is preferred.

2.Previous IT support/ Help Desk experience. Preferably 2-3 years.

3.Good technical knowledge about

IT Materials(PC, printers, scanners, phones..); Microsoft products( Windows 9X, 2000, 2003, 7, 2008); MS Office; Printing servers, DHCP; Active Directory; Netwrok LAN/WAN;

Securities (antivirus, firewall, vpn); Telephone (VOIP); Remote control tool (VNC, teamviwer); Knowledge in SQL programming is a plus

4.Very good communication and interpersonal relation skills in an international environment. Good Team player.

5.Willing to learn new technologies, processes and functional areas.

6.Open minded on the subject.
