This is a Fabrics position in the Asia Pacific region, it need work closely with our customers and certified garment manufacturers to insure that they produce first quality garments that meet our fit-for-use requirements and fulfill our brand promise.

Responsibilities
1. Able to manage our certified garment manufacturers building trust and long-lasting relationships.
2. Effectively source and develop a work class manufacturing base for GORE-TEX? Garment production
3. Provide technical support and advice in garment application and construction.
4. Work with customers and garment manufacturers to insure proper production planning and capacity in order to meet the on-time delivery of GORE-TEX? Garments.

Requirements
1. Minimum BA in business or related field and at least 10 years experience in apparel garment industry in sales/business and/or merchandising, also at least 1 year of leading regional/global product with cross-functional teams
2. Good Strategic Thinker
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
4. Strong problem solving skills and interpersonal skills.
5. Good project management skills with the ability to deliver the desired results
6. Ability to build and retain personal relationships across a wide range of internal/external customers
7. Ability to work with and influence others in different functions and from different cultures
8. Able to travel within the region and some global (25-30%)
