Responsibilities

* Collects and analyzes business requirements

* Works closely with Shenzhen development team for system development and testing

* Oversees the progress of system development and prepares progress reports

* Ensures the performance of Shenzhen development team in comply with the Company’s system security control guideline

* Performs ad hoc special projects as requested by the immediate supervisor

Requirements

* Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines

* Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in system development

* Hands-on experience in J2EE, Oracle and other open-platform technologies

* Good knowledge of Unix and Windows development platform is a definite advantage

* Experience in object oriented development methodology is an asset

* Good analytical skills preferably with knowledge of financial services industry

* Independent, self-motivated and a team-player

* Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

* Willing to travel to Hong Kong occasionally
