生产工程师，高级生产工程师

Responsibilities: 工作职责

Manage product evaluation and pricing on concept stage
构思阶段上的管理产品评估和定价

Creat BOM and tool plan
创建BOM和工具计划

Follow up on prototype, tooling, and production with relevant tool makers, vendors, and factories
与相关工具制造商，供应商和工厂跟进原型，加工及生产

Keep following tool debugging
持续跟进工具调试

Review drawings and advise on any potential issues in the tooling and production stages
在工具生产阶段中如有任何潜在的问题，要审查图纸并提出相关意见

Approve samples
样本批准

Audit PP production line and resolve problems on the site
审计 PP生产线和解决现场问题

Review PP test result and work with quality assurance team and factories to rectify any issues
协助质量保证团队和工厂审查PP测试结果，以纠正任何问题

Follow up on EP, FEP, PPS, and PA stages
要同时跟进EP，FEP，PPS和PA的阶段

Qualification: 职位要求

At least 4 years working in tooling and factories
至少具备4 年模具和工厂的工作经验。

Proven experience working in factories in production.
具有从事工厂生产的工作经验。

Good basic knowledge in a variety of other product areas.
熟悉其他各种产品领域。

Problem solving ability.
具有解决问题的能力。

Knowledge of tooling and manufacturing processes, procedures and best practice.
具有模具和制造流程、程序的知识，有实操经验更佳。

Good communication and persuasive skills.
具有良好的沟通和说服技巧。

High integrity and business ethics.
正直，有商业道德

Team Player
具有团队精神

Able and willing to travel as required.
能够并且愿意按需出差

Education: 学历要求

Degree in manufacturing engineering or relevant scientific/technical discipline.
制造工程学位或相关的科技/技术专业

Skills: 专业技术

Technical expertise in toys, premium & children’s products.
具有玩具、赠品及儿童产品的专业技术

Fluent in Mandarin, General spoken and written in English and Cantonese
