职位描述：
该岗位为短期职位，暂定工作时间为1年。因业务需要，对于工作表现优秀的可延期或转正。

OBJECTIVE – The creation and maintenance of accurate and complete documentation for new products and sustaining projects in development as needed.

SUMMARY OF POSITION - This position is responsible for creating and maintaining bill of materials, label artwork, writing assembly, packaging and test procedures under the direction of design engineers and program managers, and controlling the ECO process in order to ensure all NPD and sustaining documentation processes are followed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Documentation Skills:
? Creates and maintains Items & BOM (Bill of Materials) for products.
? Create, design and implement label artworks for products.
? Execute all kinds of Engineering Change Order to ensure proper implementation through engineering team.
? Update ECO weekly report in time.
? Support documentation team strategy.
? Other duties as assigned.
Technical Skills:
? Double check the products mechanical and electrical drawings as per Engineer guideline. Make sure it meet the standard format, and item PN in drawing are meet the BOM structure.
? Create and update product assembly/ packing / test procedures as per engineer’s instruction.
? Verify and manage commitments for drawing, assembly/ packaging procedure changes.
Communication Skills:
? Facilitate knowledge sharing and training for the Engineering team and RSC Company.
? Provide suggestion to improve and simplify current engineering system process.
? Support program manager to speed up the NPD and sustaining projects move on quickly.
? Co-work with quality and supplier chain team and different contract manufactories to get the ECO implemented as needed.

SPECIFICATIONS
? Bachelor degree is required.
? Major in Engineering are preferred.
? About 1 year work experience is required.
? Experience working with Oracle based systems, Adobe Illustrator, OneNote, is a plus.
? Has excellent computer skills including knowledge of common Office software.
? Quick learner and possesses excellent English written and oral communication skills.
? Possesses excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
? Is self-starting, self-motivated, and a goal oriented team member.
? Has ability to multi-task and direct multiple projects at one time to meet deadlines.
? Possesses both the ability to work independently and work with a team to accomplish tasks.
? Travel to contract manufacturers as required.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
? Accountable for creating bill of materials and collaborate in the writing of procedures to assist the
? Will be held accountable for creating bill of materials and writing procedures to assist the Engineering, Product Management, and Supply Management teams in having a successful release to production.
? Complete all project documentation according to the project release timeline.
? Complete all engineering change orders on time to prevent delays in production.
