The Role: Morningstar's Quality team seeks a self-motivated, analytical Lean Six Sigma Leader with strong communication and facilitation skills. This role will drive customer focus and lasting process excellence throughout the Data division. This position is based in our Shenzhen office.

Responsibilities
1. Ensure that quality is embedded in Morningstar processes by assessing process stability and certifying processes.
2. Lead process improvement projects and workshops using Lean Six Sigma tools.
3. Partner with business leaders to identify process improvement opportunities.
4. Establish forums to share best practices and customer feedback with members of the organization.
5. Motivate others at all levels of the organization to achieve results.
6. Conduct LEAN Six Sigma training

Requirements
1. Five or more years of work experience in a service-based industry with either prior experience in a process improvement role or with experience in driving Quality projects using Lean Six Sigma methodology.
2. Confident self-starter who excels at working with limited supervision and thinking creatively to resolve issues.
3. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
4. Knowledge of statistical tools, databases, and process mapping tools such as Visio.
5. A keen interest in investing.
6. Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced training is strongly preferred.
7. Black Belt certification will help.
