Primary Responsibilities:

- Manage all accounting and financial activities for China entities.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual financial reports on US GAAP.

- Review and ensure the accuracy of corporate income tax return for China entities.

- Handle research of business tax laws, regulations and policy.

- Supervise and review the work of staff accountants.

- Provide support for internal and external financial audits for China entities.

- Prepare monthly cash forecast.

- Implement effective risk management, compliance procedures to support Shenzhen, Shanghai, Beijing, Hong

Kong operations.

- Participate with corporate team in tax planning and execution of strategies to optimize China taxes.

- Maintain good working relationships with various service provider; payroll, auditor and bank.

- Responsible for annual inspection from various Government bureaus, business license/certificate renewal,

and other legal requirements.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in accounting/finance, Master in Taxation is preferred.

- Above 6 years of progressive responsible positions in accounting/finance.

- Thorough knowledge of state, federal tax requirement is required.

- Ability and willing to manage details and complexities; Strong ability to work across functions and manage interfaces.

- Excellent leadership, self motivation and determination; Business result oriented.

- Fluent in English; Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

- Experience with ERP system, SAP and/or Hyperion is preferred.
