7、面对客户时，不失自信。具有展示和带头做项目的能力。
8、具有管理顾问团队的能力
9、主动性强， 能强有力地提出意见和建议，解决技术/建筑方面的问题
10、领导建筑/工程设计团队，保证计划等的精确性和跨领域协调性。
11 会说英语或者意大利语
Graduation :Bachelor Degree in Architecture (5 years degree)
experience: minimum 5 years
Essential skills:
1 develop and manage the technical and architectural aspect of a project working with the design team from concept to completion.
2 manage and lead the consultant team to achieve the designer vision
3 report to directors
4 set tasks and ensure efficient use of the team member times
5 excellent knowledge of design detailing and specifications
6 excellent knowledge of construction and manufacturing process
7 confident client-facing skills, ability to present and lead projects
8 ability to manage the consultant team
9 highly motivated, the successful candidate will be able to take initiative and propose solution to technical/architectural issues
10 Direct the work of an architectural/engineering design team to ensure
11 accurate interdisciplinary coordination of plans and specifications.
