职位描述
Job Requirement:
· Objective / Purpose of the Department
To consistently and transparently attract, develop and retain quality people who provide outstanding and distinctive service and customer care.
· Objective / Purpose of the Job
· Ownership of the account
· Ensure all the ICR bookings are correct
· Frequent follow-up with the Depot for any clarifications
· Timely reporting of ICR balances
· Reconciliation of ICR account on a monthly basis
· Dimensions and Quantities
· To connect 34 depots/4 region/ 1HQ with 64 TNT overseas entities
· Authority
· None
· Key Activities / Accountabilities
· Follow the predefined process
· Have a check list with list of must have documents to execute the process
· Receive Invoices in Scanning workflow and Index
· Audit for accuracy
· Upload to SAP and update the barcode
· Ensure the charges are accepted by ICR entity
· Issue the invoice
· Download from IRIS and upload to EBO, ensure the interface is completed
· Check for accuracy and incase of reject items make the necessary changes and submit again.
· Clear ICR pending account
· Receive payments and apply to open items
· Reconcile ICR - 161100
· Pass necessary journals with proper supporting when required
· Inform the team lead where information in not coming on time.
· All the respective accounts to be reconciled before month close
· Need to ask for information required by e mail in case missing.
· Need to do a follow-up to get the issue closed
· CSR and Health & Safety
· Comply with the company's corporate social responsibility, health, safety and environmental standards and responsibilities as identified within TNT Express management systems.
· Customer Experience
· At any time and any where perform the activities and display the behaviours that are designed to deliver a distinctive Customer Experience. These activities and behaviours are highlighted in the "Delighting Customers" core competency and in any additional Customer Experience behavioural guideline applicable to the role.
Job Responsibilities:
· Essential Educational and / or Training Qualifications & Certificates
· University/graduate or higher vocational level, preferably in Accounting related area
· 3 years accounting work experiences, especial in inter-company area
· Preferred Experience and Knowledge (number of years, type of experience)
· Accounting Background
· Know SAFE regulations•
· Necessary Technical / Functional Skills
· Good oval and written English skills
· Good MS office skills
· Good team work spirit
