职位描述：
Job Description：
1. Provide effective supervision on daily operation of engineering team.
2. Set goals and organize subordinates to accomplish them on time.
3. Develop subordinates to reach a higher potential and recognize their ability and strength.
4. Improved current Stroller/Buggy design and material
5. Identify current problems, foresee pitfalls and advise resolution to subordinates to maintain smooth workflow.
6. Work closely with other departments such as, Supplier Chain and Quality to ensure smooth workflow.
7. Develop /evaluate and improve manufacturing process driving on quality, cost, delivery and yield improvement
8. Lead daily production trouble shooting and lean manufacturing implementation .
9. Coach and develop team members on the knowledge and working skills

Qualified Candidate Description：
1.At least 10 years’ related working experience in mechanical manufacturing industry with recent 3 years’ experience in a managerial position in charge of engineering or product design.
2.Familiar with related manufacturing processes such as molding, tubing, die-casting, investment casting, sewing, etc.
3.At least 5 years related working experience in Baby product, special Stroller/Buggy manufacturing and design.
4.Strong sense of responsibility dealing with related process issues with related teams
5.Proficient in 2D and 3D software such as Auto-cad, Inventor, 3Dmax ,solid-work
6.Proficient in MS Office & MS Project
7.Ability to work independently
8. Good English is need
