职位描述：
Job scope:
Implement TPM in factory and factory maintenance
1. Managing engineers and technician group including setting policies, standard procedures and practices with Buehler HSE and equipment requirement etc.
2. Manage production lines setup & supporting on various facilities.
3. Control and monitor quality of maintenance or renovation or improvement performed by self or contractors.
4. Ensure all work carry out comply with relevant codes and standards, whilst maintaining safety and reliability
5. Implement TPM and respond in keeping facilities in optimum running and perfect standby & ensure facilities safety and extend its’ life & deduct cost.
6. Enforce routine and pointed inspection to find out hidden dangers and other problems and emergency properly solve in time.
7. Provide drawings or proposal for renovation of equipment or fixture
8. Timely resolution on production escalated issue
9. Provide expert technical and engineering support for infrastructure services including building maintenance & HVAC & compressed air & so on system by implementing systematic preventive maintenance
10. Motivate, coach and develop subordinates, promote TPM group, and build positive learning culture.

Qualifications:
1. University graduate in Mechanical / Electrical / Automation
2. 10 years+ working experience in plant equipment engineering / industrialization / maintenance, 5 years+ in managerial position
3. Strong technical background and hands on in European automatic production lines, equipment maintenance / development,
4. Knowledge in PLC controller, Labview programing, TS16949, are essential
5. Knowledge in brushless motor production equipment have advantages
6. Solid implementation experience in preventive maintenance system
7. Strong leader and strong driver
8. Fluency in written & oral English & Chinese
