职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. To provide following onsite and remote services to locations among Greater China area:
Office and warehouse support;
PC setup and configuration;
User account administration;
Data recording and tracking;
IT inventory management;
Telecom service support;
Procurement handling;
System application and service maintenance;
LAN / WAN support;
Project support;
Daily helpdesk and Office administration support;
2. Maintain a secured System environment;
3. Implement OI policies;
4. Provide ad-hoc tasks support.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in IT or related field;
2. Good sense in documentation, analysis and organization;
3. Good interpersonal skills and team spirit;
4. 4+ years of working experience in technical support to local and remote users;
5. Has experience in serving 80+ users in a regional environment;
6. Has experience in supporting MS AD, MS Office, MS Win Server; Scripting language; network infrastructure support;
7. Experience in Lotus Notes and/or SAP and/or logistic system is an advantage;
8. Good commend of written and oral English;
9. Be willing to travel to HongKong. 举报 分享
