职位描述：
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. (Other duties may be assigned.)
1. To manage ODM/OEM sites daily production quality activities.
2. Audit and qualify suppliers to build up AVL for key components;
2. Participate in design review and give recommendation to development team;
3. Develop all necessary Quality documents, included but not limited supplier manufacturing /test /inspection plans and procedures;
4. Assist to perform periodic supplier audit and risk assessment;
5. Do first article inspection process, product qualification included manufacturing process verification
6. Correlate and standardize test and inspection process among field repair and EMS;
7. Define and automate supplier data collection and reporting;
8. Drive failure analysis and corrective actions;
9. Drive EMS Quality and Process Management group to ensure smooth production launch for new products and continuous improvement activities.
10. Assist in developing supplier quality metrics and improvement initiatives;
 
REQUIREMENTS
1. At least Bachelors degree (BS) in an engineering discipline and directly related 1+ year experiences in electronic or plastic factory;
2. Comprehensive knowledge of ISO9001 Quality Management Systems, problem solving tools and methods, and quality planning tools and methods;
3. Had Mechanical work experience appreciate
4. Can travel to and stay in the supplier side to execute the responsibilities, potentially required to travel an estimated 40 to 70% of the time
5. Should be fluent in Mandarin and good in English; good written and verbal skills in both languages required.
6. Must have good oral communication skills and confidence in dealing with a wide range of people. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Be ability to daily write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals in English.
