职位描述：
1. Responsible to execute Payroll for the sites or countries assigned in
the region, ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time.
2. Ensures all transactions that relates to Payroll are completed or
updated into the respective systems in a timely manner and with high
accuracy.
3. Resolves basic employee questions related to HR, including Payroll, in
accordance with established service level agreements and quality guidelines.
4. Streamlines HR and Payroll processes and systems for standardization,
simplification and continuous improvement.
5. Utilizes Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to provide seamless,
timely support to Site HR, HR Business Partners, and Line Management.
6. Implements, executes and monitors corporate and local statutory policy
and processes to ensure compliance.
7. Routes questions requiring advanced HR Knowledge, subject matter
expertise, or third party support appropriately.

任职要求：
* Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field with minimum 2 years
of Human Resources experience. Any prior hands-on experience in Payroll
administration within APAC will be an added advantage.
* Have worked in a HR shared service environment, delivering excellent HR
service and support to all employees in the organization.
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Willingness to take initiative and leadership without specific direction.
* Have knowledge in Workday HCM and Kronos Time & Attendance applications
