职位描述：
Drives technical product development for a US based customer.

Main job duties include:
1) Review product briefs from customer;
2) Come up with initial product development ideas, in terms of material and process selection, and vendor selection.
3) Review tech drawings;
4) Give cost reduction suggestions;
5) Review development samples and assess risks
6) Perform tests
7) Follow up on initial production runs
8) Troubleshoot production issues

The job holder needs to be able to communicate very effectively with suppliers, with internal merchandising teams, as well as with customer.

The right candidate should have the following qualifications:
？ Excellent English and Chinese;
？ Engineering degree
？ At least 5 years working experience in related field (our products include gifts, gadgets, garments, utensils, etc.)
？ Project management experience
