Help ensure The LEGO® Group maintains the highest quality standards. We're looking for an analytical, driven Lab Engineer to join our global leading toy brand and manage product safety and suppliers including external testing labs.
Working collaboratively to ensure quality and safety
- Lead the daily testing program for the approval of raw materials, parts, printing and packaging
- Support Global chemical risk assessment and finished goods testing
- Work with suppliers to ensure LEGO® safety and compliance values are achieved through coaching, training and performance monitoring
- Collaboratively solve problems and inspire new perspectives
- Communicate clearly and transparently with the external testing lab and monitor their performance
- Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment

What you'll need:
- At least three years' technical experience of working with toys, preferably in quality or testing
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, quality assurance or product safety
- Solid knowledge of chemical risk assessment
- Knowledge of international standards in toy safety standard and testing
- Experience with leading quality projects, including improvement projects, is preferred
- Experience working in an international company and managing suppliers would be ideal
- Advanced written and spoken Putonghua and English
- Computer literacy
