职位描述：
工作职责
1.负责现场改善；
2.能用mode法制定标准工时；
3.生产现场5S,目视化管理，快速换线；
4.协助计划进行人力能规划及协调出货安排；
5.工治具优化及改良,有导入小型自动化设备经验；
6.全厂精益生产相关培训及精益生产推行；
7.车间及厂房LAYOUT规划；
8.生产效率/产能低的原因分析及产主持改善会议；
9.成本分析及计算（新产品费用预估，返工费用，异常物料损失费用）；
10.负毛率产品成本分析及改善（人工、物料、品质成本等分析）
11.完成上级交办的其它相关工作任务。

任职要求：
1.有三年以上电子行业经验；
2.熟练使用CAD word Excel 等Office系列办公软件；
3.有较强的沟通工作协调能力，有团队意识，责任心强；
4.有强烈的成本意识，头脑灵活，有独立的分析问题，解决问题能力。
