Technical Manager- Consultancy:
? To understand and Keep AN China updated in terms of local and global test method and paint standard
? Meet with suppliers' technical personnel to keep abreast of advances in paints technology; exploit possible technical opportunities
? Standardize test method and test procedure across groups
? To work with government and raise the quality bar step by step via setting up higher quality standard
? Understand AN and competitor paint performance


Job Context (Nature & Scope of the Business)
? The business clearly sees a window of opportunity to build for itself a dominant market position in China in the next 3 to 5 years and aim to become the market leader
? The business in the coming years will continue to improve it's current position of strength in Premium segment and will seek improved shares in the areas of Woodcare and Project business
? Product and Service innovation will be led by leveraging the global technologies the group possesses in other parts of the geography and by working closely with Suppliers-International and National.
? Given the unique needs of the fast growing market in China, need to seek to license technologies and commercially exploit available opportunities where the group does not currently possess technical capabilities.
NPD Manager:
? Work with MTK dept to insure the yearly NPD delivery on time.
? Work with supply chain dept to insure products quality and RFT are under control.
? Communication with suppliers' technical personnel to make sure our technology is most updated.
? Communication with testing bureau to make sure our products is following the most update regulation and be involved in the regulation revise or setup.
? To make sure all raw material and formulation used are fully compliant with global and China product stewardship government regulation
