Responsibilities:

Key Accountabilities:

· Analyses base oils, additives and product samples according to relative checksheet and authorizes product blending and filling process if sample meets QC specification.

· Summarize relative testing data and generate COA for finished oil .

· Assists Chemist for designated laboratory equipment calibration/maintenance.

· Monitors the consumption of chemical reagents and other consumables in laboratory.

· Coordinate with production operators and assists Chemists in trouble-shooting on product quality problems.

· Conduct correction for off-specification product through laboratory blend study, if necessary.

· Report abnormal testing data and abnormal equipment performance to Chemist whenever .

· Make record for all test results and keep data integrity.

· Follow up Company and Lab HSE policy during daily work.

· Follow up Lab 5S policy and ensure lab housekeeping always in a tidy way.

· Keep in touch with workshop closely during daily work and get to know more detailed information of process , contribute to trouble -shooting for any failure cases .

· Look for packaging quality control if necessary .

Requirements:

· College degree or above, major in Analytical Chemistry or relevant

· Minimum 1 year working experience in lab

· Basic English and computer software operation literacy

· Be honest, active, careful , responsible and good team work spirit

· Be familiar with ISO 9001 QMS

· Good sense in quality and equipment
