Key Job Functions

1. Work closely with Program Lead for ESI/NPI Proto Tool development.

2. Responsible for project management of Proto Tool Fabrication, especially communication with tooling team members (both In-house & at Supplier) to meet design proceeding & customer requirement.

3. To coordinate, analyse & solve the problem during design & fabrication process.

4. Responsible for Auditing of supplier’s equipment capability and process capacity.

5. Finish other tasks assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

§ At least 10 years design experience in tool design, minimum 5 years in Molded Fibre Process.

§ 5 years of project management capability or experience in tool fabrication environment.

§ 5 years of people management capability.

§ Knowledgeable in design methods and processes

§ Knowledge of relevant technology for Molded Fibre Process.

§ Good communication and report skills in English and Chinese.

§ Strong project management, computer, and E-mail skills

§ Proactive problem problem-solving and analytical thinking Skills

§ Bachelor degree major in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or related majors.
