？ Ensure design activities for worldwide projects

Responsibilities:
？ According to FPT R&D regional strategy, work out Design development strategies
？ Manage the design department, planning tasks and checking respect of agreed timing
？ Define and control a variety of design projects
？ Allocate the design resources to support several operations
？ As the head of Design in China, join the global research activities together with overseas workforces
？ Coach and grow up the design team
？ Other ad-hoc works assigned by the R&D general manager
Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

？ Deep knowledge of mechanical design, including use of CAD systems (Pro-E – UG preferred)
？ Good knowledge of Diesel-Gasoline engine and Transmissions and Vehicle technology
？ Good knowledge of mechanical analysis methodologies (FEM)
？ Good knowledge of FMEA
？ Familiar on Product Development process and related methodologies
？ R&D experience
