职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Check and verify employee reimbursement;
2. Payroll settlement and payment journal entry booking;
3. HC and labor cost forecast and expenses reconciliation and analysis;
4. Manage ICTV and book daily journey entry in two systems;
5. Perform Monthly Financial Closing for all GL functions;
6. Manage fixed asset (including monitor Budget/CER/reporting, depreciation calculation, labeling, SOX audit, perform physical inventory);
7. Internal financial reports to meet site requirement and account reconciliation;
8. Prepare and submit all government statistic reports;
9. Manage Concur system set up and Kingdee;
10. Monthly B/S reconciliation and TB flux analysis.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or other related discipline;
2. 3- 5 years or above experience in financial management in sizable multinational manufacturing companies;
3. Good knowledge at Expense and Costing analysis, Finance auditing;
4. Good command of Microsoft skill and financial software SAP, Kingdee are preferred;
5. Strong sense of responsibility and good team spirit and communication skill;
6. Fluent in English writing, reading.
