岗位职责：

1、设计、计划、执行及管理生产制造工艺包括：制订工艺流程、作业指导书、治工具的设计与管理；

2、新产品的转移；

3、提供技术支持、解决制程问题；

4、产品失效原因分析、制定改善措施；

5、生产力与产品品质的提升；降低成本；

6、执行与提交产品、制程变更；

7、生产工具的选型、订购；辅助工装夹具的设计与外发制作管理；

8、配合设计部门进行精良设计；

9、研究全面设备效率以提升设备的利用率、性能开动率与良品率；

10、生产车间规划、布局；

11、供应商支持与评估。

职责要求:

1、大学本科、机械或电子专业；至少2年PIE/ME(生产工业工程/制造工程)工作经验；

2、良好的英语口语与写作能力；

3、精通电子产品的组装技术比如紧固件的安装、线材的连接及焊锡技术等；

4、熟悉精益生产技术比如价值流程图分析,看板, 5S等；

5、熟悉PCBA生产制程；

6、了解金属件的加工工艺；

7、有失效模式分析与精良设计经验；

8、能运用SPC技术；

9、熟悉焊接技术及相关技术标准比如 IPC 610；

10、熟练运用AutoCAD、Microsoft office等软件。
