Jod Description工作职责：
1.从相关部门收到销售预测，销售订单、售后物料需求，样品需求，结合BOM,形成主生产计划
Collect sales forecast,sales orders, after sales material requirements, sample demand from relavant departments, base on BOM, make master production Schedule
2.根据主计划，让采购部门备料长采购周期物料，以及制定安全库存战略
Base on MPS,let purchasing department prepare long lead time materials, and set up safety stock strategy
3.结合仓库库存，在途采购订单，分项目向采购部门下达物料采购需求
Base on warehouse inventory, open purchase orders , issue purchasing requisition to procurement
4.根据手工计算的PR，对比ERP系统计划采购需求，检查是否存在差异，并逐步完善ERP的MRP模块
Compare PR with ERP system plan procurement requirements, check whether there is a difference, and gradually improve the MRP module of ERP
5.根据采购回复的物料交期，评估是否满足销售订单，售后，样品需求
Base on materials delivery planning, assess whether it can meet the sales order, after-sales, sample requirements
6.收到销售订单，售后，样品需求的更改后，通知采购提前，推后交期，更改供货数量
Received sales order, after-sales, samples demand change information,inform purchasing to schedule in/out materials delivery plan, change the PO quantity accordingly
7.及时跟进采购到料情况，满足生产计划需求
Follow up material in time delivery, meet the demand of the production plan
8.当PD发放工程更改通知时，及时更改采购需求
Change PR when receive ECN
9.当出现BOM物料需要用其它物料进行暂时替代时，制作《生产物料代用申请表》
Issue production material substitution application form,When there is a BOM material need to use other material for temporarily replacement
10.对仓库库存进行分析，对呆滞物料提出解决方案，控制仓库积压库存，提高库存周转率
Analyze the warehouse inventory, puts forward solutions to raw materials, control warehouse backlog of inventory, improve inventory turns。

Qualifications任职资格：
1. 6 years+ experience as material planner and production planner;
6年以上生产计划专员的工作经验，对物料计划也比较熟悉；
2. Familiar with LED field;
有LED行业从业经验的优先
3. Experience to work with an ERP system, experience with Ax Microsoft is a plus;
有ERP系统操作经验，操作过Axapta Microsoft的优先考虑;
4. Have a good understanding of supply chain;
对供应链和离散制造过程有良好的认识;
5. Good English language and communication skills;
良好的英语能力和沟通技巧;
6. Good Logic thinking,good feeling of numbers;
