• Reach the professional and personal objectives
1. The professional and personal objectives will be discussed for each following year and as per reporting structure of LK International AG. This will happen on an annual basis and have to be presented and signed off by the direct superior.

• Greater Job responsibilities include
1. Leads the quality assurance activities in Asia
2. Teaches the KJUS quality standard to all manufacturing partner
3. Direct liaison to the “Quality Assurance Manager” at LK International AG Switzerland
4. Supports the implementation and maintenance of the KJUS quality management system
5. Monitors and lead other quality assurance staff in Asia

• Pre Production Process
1. Studies the technical instructions of each style before conducting the quality inspection
2. Carries out pre-production sample quality inspection and comments prior to the production start (pre-production sample commenting trip to Switzerland)
3. Organizes and leads on site pre-production sample meetings in the factories

• Quality Assurance
1. Plans and organizes inspection trips to the manufacturing partners
2. Reports travel itineraries to the superior position
3. Carries out in-line inspections at the partner factories in the mentioned territory
4. Carries out final inspections according international AQL 2.5 standard at the partner factories in the mentioned territory
5. Composes quality inspection reports and provides it to the superiors
6. Contributes to the KJUS quality guide lines and monitors the execution in the factories
7. Organizes occasional quality improvement workshops together with the “Quality Assurance Manager” or “Quality Controller” at manufacturing partners
8. Works continuously on implementing the KJUS quality management system
9. Represents the “Quality Assurance Manager” during his absence in the mentioned territory

• Production
1. Monitors the production status and helps gathering the reports from manufacturing partners
2. Helps monitoring the on time sample and bulk deliveries
3. Gathers the information about leftover materials after each production season
4. Reports leftover material status to the LK International AG production department
5. Supports the head office production department in gathering and consolidating information from the manufacturing partners
   
• Quality Assurance Lead in Asia
1. Monitors the travel itineraries of other quality controllers in Asia
2. Trains and leads other quality controllers in Asia
3. Reports general quality assurance activities in Asia to the superior

This position is part-time and paid monthly with fixed salary, it needs the job holder travel 30 – 40% per annum to manufacturers in the mentioned territory and the KJUS offices in China and Switzerland, so the working location will be home and at manufacturing partner site
