General Job Description:
1.Provide engineering support to the service community, by focusing on system level troubleshooting methodologies to deliver high quality service assistance

2.develop expert service technicians and provide on site service support.

Job Responsibilities:

1.Support Service Community troubleshooting efforts

2.Develop a thorough understanding of formal troubleshooting and root causing processes

3.Lead project teams to resolve service issues ( SWAT team activities)

4.Maintain thorough documentation of service issue resolution details

5.Provide support in evaluating performance problems and design related service inquiries.

6.Provide technical assistance for service technicians and call centers, to educate on the machine and general troubleshooting process for new product roll out.

7.Provide mentorship to service technicians and call center members.

8.Participate in or lead continuous improvement activities.

9.Support Alpha and Beta development systems.

10.Participate in critical design reviews.

11.Provide feedback from customer sites to development engineering to better align design assumptions with customer applications.

Job Qualifications:

1.Mechanical Engineering Degree.

2.Expert troubleshooting / ability to root cause

3.Manage own time for maximum productivity

4.Illustrates strong attention to details when completing tasks

5.Communication ( verbal, written and presentation ) skills

6.Problem solving and creativity skills

7.Strong knowledge of Husky products, tools, standards, processes and technology

8.Data collection and analysis skills

9.Strong self-guided learning skills

10.Hold HVAC certification is a plus
