· In charge of new product / packaging design on MF, including 3D drawing, prototyping & testing, to follow up with the whole procedure

· Release DFM to advice product or quality issues; Provide technical support on continuous improvement

· Assist Sales team with customer visits & offer technical input on development of MF design

· Lead in technical evaluation and analysis on any MF projects

· Follow up MF tooling development & improvement

· Improve MF design capability & setup MF design team though in-house training courses or project-oriented training Develop / Build Broadway MF standard (Material, design, test, tooling, process & quality)

Job Requirements：

§ More than 15 years’ work experience

§ 8 years relevant work experience on MF packaging design

§ Familiar with internal cushion packaging design

§ Familiar with raw material property and characteristic of all kinds of cushion packaging materials

§ Familiar with prototype procedures & MP process

§ Independent innovation, strong ability of analysis and judgment

§ Familiar with computer skills & relevant software as AutoCAD / Solid works

§ Familiar with design philosophy, packaging design standard, packaging material property, process & other packaging knowledge

§ Knowledge in transport packaging test

§ Sense of responsibility, team work and good communication skills

§ Excellent communication skills with fluent English in speaking, writing, reading, and listening. Be able to negotiate with clients in English

§ Bachelor and above, major in Packaging Engineering/Machinery Design
