Duties & Responsibilities(Print)
- Projects include production support for packaging, collateral and point-of-purchase materials.
- Prepare files for release to pre-press vendor.
- Execute packaging, collateral and point-of-purchase design, using design templates and style
guides.
- Make necessary changes to artwork, based on cross-functional feedback and route through
an online proofing system.
- Work closely with Studio Manager and Project Managers to understand tasks, schedules and
deadlines.
- Execute projects on time and on budget, with an exceptional eye for detail.

Duties & Responsibilities(Digital)
- Projects include production support for marketing campaigns in the form of banner
advertisements, email, or other assets across the leapfrog.com ecosystem.
- Carry over established campaign creative look and feel across various online assets.
- Take lead in production aspects of web design including image optimization, image file types,
image slicing and image uploading.
- Work within a content and asset management system.
Work closely with Studio Manager and Project Managers to understand tasks, schedules and
deadlines.
- Execute projects on time and on budget, with an exceptional eye for detail.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design or comparable work experience
- 3-5 years experience in agency or in-house design/production studio

- Fluency in English (both written and oral).
- Knowledge of design for print and digital, with experience in consumer packaging.
- Eye for design and an elevated sense of typography and branding.
- Ability to take print and digital projects through final production.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and assume ownership of projects.
- Ability to communicate clearly with business partners.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and desire for quality.
- Flexible, positive team player who can work collaboratively.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in time-sensitive situations.
- Experience working in a project management or workflow system.
- Thorough knowledge of CMYK, print production and pre-press.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
