JOB PURPOSE:

As part of the Shared Services Team, the individual is responsible for recruitment programs for new hires.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

· Posting/updating JDs in recruiter websites, shortlisting resume and doing phone call interview;

· Making search to find out right candidates from candidate data base;

· Searching candidates for different roles from different recruitment channels effectively;

· Assisting campus recruitment program;

· Responsible for HRIS, updates of employees’ personal particulars, changes in employees’ employment status, departmental codes and upkeep of the database on a daily basis.

· Create personal files, type labels, etc. for new recruits or changes/movement of staff (both local and regional offices).

· Close and keep records of all files pertaining to resignees (local and regional).

· Keep records of staff due for confirmation, adjustments and prepare the relevant documents to the relevant managers and supervisors.

· Responsible for all up keeping and filing of personal files.

· Notify Administration, MIS, User Service Departments of all new hires and resignees.

· Participating in and supporting HR special projects and initiatives as required;

· Completing ad hoc reports as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Diploma or degree in Human Resources Management.

EXPERIENCES

· Min 1 to 2 years experience in full lifecycle recruiting

· Experience with headhunter will be a plus

· Exposure of general HR administration function

· Good knowledge of Employment Act
