Job Duties:
1、负责办公环境的维护工作，主要包括基础水电、空调维护和办公家具设备的日常维护保养工作；
2、负责包括业主方、物业管理处、消防管理部门等外联单位的协调工作；
3、配合前台的门岗执勤、快递签收及文件传送等工作；
4、完成行政部与其它部门的部分协调工作；
5、公司临时交办的其它各项工作任务。

Requirement:
1、掌握水电维护相关操作技能，持有电工证懂空调维护保养者优先考虑；
2、办公软件和电子邮件系统的基本操作；
3、可处理简单的办公家具设备的维修保养工作；
4、踏实肯干、勤劳主动、认真负责、服务意识强；
5、较好的理解和语言沟通能力， 会粤语、有外资企业工作经验者优先。
