职位描述
Job Responsibilities:
1. Product Development
？ Supports IIC and/or customer in product development, includes garment, accessories, prints and embroideries, etc.
？ Follow up and track samples from proto to sales sample and ensure their on-time delivery with required quality
？ Support IIC PM or customer to negotiate product price with garment suppliers
2. Production and Quality
？ Review samples and make correct and complete comments to facilitate inspection and produce
？ Prevent and solve problem relating to product design, quality and delivery proactively by regular communicate with QA/QC and suppliers
？ Initial and organize fabric and garment testing to prevent quality problem
3. Order follow-up
？ Follow up production status in order to reach an on-time delivery
？ Distribute and follow-up orders
Requirement:
？ Good garment knowledge, including the knowledge of functional fabrics, accessories and testing
？ Customer-oriented and service-minded
？ Excellent communication, negotiation and coordination skills
？ Willing to travel
？ 5 years or above merchandising working experience in outdoor garment. Familiar with Canada market is plus
？ Good command of oral and written English
