工作职责
- 带领审计团队为客户提供高质的审计服务，拟定审计方案，起草审计报告等审计文书
- 作为项目负责人，对项目组成员工作进行合理分配
- 为审计团队成员提供指导及建议，以及定期向部门经理及合伙人汇报
- 对项目组进度和质量进行把控
- 完成部门交办的其他工作
经验和能力
- 三年或以上会计师事务所工作经验，拥有中国注册会计师执业资格优先
- 拥有敏锐的商业触觉，能够从商业交易活动中洞察出审计问题
- 优秀的中文书写能力及沟通能力，良好的英文水平
- 灵活应变，能够同时处理多项工作，良好的团队合作能力
- 具备较强的分析能力和解决问题能力
