Main duties and responsibilities:

? Responsible for finishing the routine work assigned by Sourcing manager.
? Responsible for organizing all samples include release samples’ order and follow up till samples be received on time.
? Responsible for pushing related suppliers to update the status of all plastic mould, die casting mould and press tool monthly.
? According to new product development plan made by R&D, assist Sourcing manager to set up a control plan for all necessary new material, samples, tooling ….and follow up tightly.
? To maintain the system with updating new price.
? To assist Sourcing engineer to finish some task from Linak A/S, US and Slovakia….if necessary.
? To assist PMC person to push suppliers for completion some special and urgent order on time.
? Work together with Sourcing manager and Sourcing engineer as well, to strengthen or improve the delivery performance of some suppliers with poor delivery.
? To assist Sourcing dept. to finish 4% cost reduction task in each financial year.

Required skills/experience:

? Good in verbal and written English.
? Outgoing Motivating and have initiative with the will to make things happen.
? Good communication and coordination skills and able to solve problems.
? Able to work under pressure.
? Good analysis skills & responsible, organized and able to meet strict deadlines.
? 1 year above experience in supply chain or material planning.
? Know how to use the ERP or the equivalent systems.
? Expert in software, Excel and Word…
