1， 大学专科以上学历，
（1）具有大型楼宇智能化设备设施运行管理经验,制定楼宇弱电系统日常检查及维护保养计划，保证各弱电系统正常工作，按工作标准规定时间排除设备系统故障；
（2）负责门禁系统的运行管理、定期检查维护及维修;

2， 负责学校多媒体设备的运行管理、定期检查维护及维修;
（1）熟知多媒体设备（包括电源开关、电脑、投影仪、LED显示屏、话筒、音箱、调音台、电动幕布窗帘、功放、音频处理器等机柜内外的设备）的组成，熟知设备之间的连接方式与常规调试。
（2）为日常教学、活动及会议提供运行多媒体的服务。

3， 负责灯光音响设备的运行管理、维护、定期检查及维修。
（1） 熟知灯光音响设备各部分连接方式、使用功能及维修办法。
（2 ）为活动及会议提供运行灯光音响的服务。

4， 掌握楼宇消防设备系统设置及联动关系，针对设备故障组织排查，保证消防系统设备正常有效运行；
