PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Assistance in product promotions, management and analysis and feedback on OUP titles, the external market and competitors' materials and activities to contribute to the development & growth of the educational importing and marketing teams. This role will benefit the teams and the market by bridging between our educational imported titles and local market needs, with tasks not limited to localizations & strategic positioning of marketing messages of our products. This role has to control the quality and provide support to customers using our products and services

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/KEY RESULT AREAS

Write and produce localized product presentation tools & publicity materials to enhance all product promotional and marketing activities.

Meet, give presentations and convey information to internal staff, decision-makers, teachers, users and non-users to retent and increase adoptions.

Write, edit and deliver promotional and pedagogical talks for presenters and consultants to deliver, in order to improve the quality and quantity of our brand, products and services.

Control the quality and provide support to customers using our products and services, which is not limited to enquiry handling, product briefings, lesson demonstration and class observation on teachers’ performance with professional input.

Implement marketing campaigns to support customer retention and business growth.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Degree level education in English or English language teaching and / or an international TESOL qualification.

Exceptionally strong presentation skills.

Previous experience in the education & publishing with a wide exposure to different types of import ELT titles.

Previous experience in EFL teaching preferably.

Strong knowledge of ELT coursebooks and materials.

Responsive to local markets' needs.

Editing skills.

Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
