Specific responsibilities include but are not restricted to:

Prepare OTB, budgeting, develop and execute merchandise assortment and buying plans.

Communicate closely with Principal and vendors on merchandising strategies and performance.

Study and analyse available information on product sales and customer profile.

Formulate buying plan in terms of category as well as allocate the right merchandise in the right locations.

Conduct buying and work independently at product selection based on pre-set buying plan.

Monitor and regulate the flow of merchandise for optimal stock level to achieve sales targets and store

efficiency.

Monitor inventory costs, sales forecast, gross profit margin to achieve sales & profit targets.

Analyze merchandise performance to identify bestsellers, potential markdowns products and stock replenishment.

Work closely with Retail Operations and Marketing Department to execute sales and marketing plans.

Arrange the product training sessions for sales staff with related departments.

Any other duties / matters which maybe assigned from time to time.


Required Skills :

Strong business and fashion sense.

Excellent numerical and analytical skills.

A good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Degree holder in Fashion with minimum 3 years buying experience in luxury fashion brand.
